I Purchased a Case But Didn't Receive Any Download Instructions
99.9% of the time, this is due to the "spam" or virus software on your computer or your email server. This is especially true if you use one of the "free" email services such as gmail, yahoo, msn, etc.

This is caused by your software (or the software on your email server) being set too strict in an effort to prevent spam or virus emails. As a result, almost any email that is generated by a program on a website is blocked and sent to your "trash" or "spam" mailbox.

So the first response to this is to look in your email "trash" or "spam" mailbox. If you locate it, simply click the download link as usual.

Should you not be able to locate the instructions email, you may send an email to the webmaster of wal-martlitigation.com and request that your purchased file be sent to you by regular email. Simply send to webmaster@wal-martlitigation.com.

If you are a regular user of our services, you may consider adding us to your "safe list", adjusting your email client spam/virus software, or asking the adminstrator of your mail server to make adjustments to the server software.
